TurningPoint’s chart options
TurningPoint's chart options provide a wide variety of options for presenting response results to an audience. In addition, on-the-fly review and data comparison charts can be displayed at any time.
Participant Monitor
With the TurningPoint Participant Monitor, presenters can instantly see how their group is responding to their questions. Drill down into a |

single participant to see how they have responded to each question and how they compare to the overall group. The TurningPoint Participant Monitor will also let the presenter know which participants have answered questions that were assigned correct/incorrect answer values by using green fonts when displaying correct responses and red for incorrect responses. |

Ranking Wizard
TurningPoint® has now included enhanced decision making capabilities through the TurningPoint® "Ranking Wizard". The "Ranking Wizard" allows you to easily create "lists" of items, issues, priorities or goals and rank them against up to three specific "criteria". These lists can be ranked against a static scale (1 - 10) or against each other using a "paired comparison" approach.
Compare slides
TurningPoint's compare slide lets you pose a question to your audience and later pose the same question automatically displaying a side-by-side comparison of the results. If you select the Stacked Bar Comparison you can see the percentage of the group that changed their answer from the first time the question was polled.
|
 |
The first stack represents the results of the currently polled question, the second stack represents the results of the question it is being compared against, and the third stack represents the percentage of the group that changed their answer.
Picture or Graphical slides
With TurningPoint®, you can create a slide where graphical or equation "objects" are linked to response choices. Participants can choose an answer by selecting the number next to the appropriate graphic. For math courses, the same process can be used to include Microsoft Equation Editor® objects. The automated process to link objects to response choices is quick and easy.

Response reminders
Response Reminders identify the slide as an interactive slide, remind the audience to respond with their keypads, and display specific response information related to the currently displayed slide. Below are the different types of response reminders that are available in TurningPoint®.
Teams/Scoring
Turn your audience presentation into a spirited team and/or individual competitive game with TurningPoint®'s competition options.
TurningPoint® will allow you to assign points to correct answers on individual slides and track those points by individual participant and keypad.
Optionally, you can also assign participants to up to 20 teams and track and display accumulated team scores as well.

Results and reporting
Use TurningPoint® Reports to view and print the results of your data from your interactive audience session. View results in the PowerPoint® presentation or using Microsoft Word® and Excel®

Results by Participant Report
This Excel report creates a graded test type report for each participant. It displays each question, the participants' response, the value of the participant's response, the correct answer, and each participant's overall percentage score. A "Participant List" must be included in your session for this report to be available.
Graded Participant Results Report
This report is very similar to the "Participant Results" report but adds a column that displays each participant's accumulated percentage score. This report is particularly beneficial when correct/incorrect answer values are used. A "Participant List" must be included in your session for this report to be available.
Results By Question Report
This report opens an Excel document which includes the number of responses and overall percentage of responses received for each answer to each question. The questions are listed in the order they were displayed to the audience.
Bundled Report
If you would like to have more than one report generated for your session results just use the "Shift" or "Ctrl" key to select the reports you want and TurningPoint™ will create all of the selected reports and bundle them into one Excel Workbook creating each report as a sheet in the Excel Workbook.
