Keepad Interactive provides a complete Audience Response System Service to elevate the engagement levels at conferences, meetings, forums, AGM’s and community consultations.

Utilising the world leading TurningPoint Audience Response System, Keepad will attend to all Production, Programming, Presentation and Operating Services in addition to supply of all the voting devices and hardware. If you are using TurningPoint in your organisation you can hire additional hardware and operate the event yourself or contract in our services as required. Keepad Interactive boasts one of the largest fleets of polling devices for hire in the world with over 30,000 keypad devices available via our centres in Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Japan and Europe.

Keepad also has access to similar services available via our accredited channel partners located throughout Europe, Asia Pacific, USA, UAE and South Africa.

We can meet the needs of an event involving 5, 500 or 5,000 participants over 1, 5 or 50 locations with a suite of solutions that can capture and / or provide real time feedback.

Participants can vote anonymously or be identified and tracked depending on the nature of the event and polling. Responses can be collated and reported in 30 or more reporting formats.

Wet & Dry Hire Services

Keepad Interactive offers both Wet Hire and Dry Hire Services as below:

Wet Hire:

Keepad will undertake all Production, Programming and Operating for the hire event and provide all the logistics, presentation services and TurningPoint System Hardware and Software on an agreed basis for the event.

Dry Hire:

Keepad will provide the TurningPoint System which will include Radio Frequency Keypads, RF Receivers and the TurningPoint Software to trained event organisers to operate their own event. Needless to say, Keepad Interactive will be happy to provide other Production, Programming and Operating services as required.

Keepad Interactive can also provide the following Hire Services:

Production: involves the logistics, co-ordination and management of the event and rehearsal pertaining to the Audience Response Services as well as use of the show computers and other required equipment.

Programming: involves the briefing, creation, review and editing of the presentation material, polling questions and participant lists so as to effectively capture and track demographic data and develop questions that will maximise the value and business intelligence of the data collected. Our Presentation specialists will guide you through the options available and the use of Comparative Slides, Icebreaker questions, the Worm etc as well as the approach for capturing valuable demographics.

Operating: involves the best practice operation of your presentation and polling sessions at your event by an experienced Presentation Specialist. For larger events, an Assistant Operator is advisable. For an AGM or similar we would recommend having two Operators working in tandem. Our operator(s) will also attend any Rehearsal sessions.

Presentation Services: involves the provision of specialist graphics design services and templates to assist dress-up your presentation.

Data Analysis: involves the review and analysis of the data by a Presentation Analyst which is compiled and presented in a separate comprehensive report.

Training: Keepad Interactive can provide training services should event organisers wish to utilise our Dry Hire services and undertake their own Production, Programming and Operating services.

AV Rental: Keepad Interactive can hire Show Computers pre-loaded with TurningPoint and MS Office including PowerPoint as well as Lanyards & Pouches, Data Projectors & Screens, Bar-code Scanners, eBeam Portable Interactive Whiteboards, Interactive Pen Displays & Tablets and AV Switching equipment as required.

Other Costs that could be related to a Rental event include:

Logistics & Travel Costs: this will cover transportation of the Presentation Specialists and equipment together with accommodation and meals.

Travel Days: this will cover labour costs on a much reduced basis should our presentation specialists need to travel to an event.

Insurance: will cover the loss of a set number of Keypads.
