eBeam Pods

The eBeam Pod allows a variety of flat surfaces to be turned into a data capture area (digital workspace). Using the eBeam Interactive Stylus and eBeam pen sleeves, depending on model, all your shapes, diagrams, drawings and text are captured into the connected host computer. Data can then be printed, emailed, shared in real time, edited, annotated and played back stroke by stroke.

With eBeam Projection, all annotations and markings are made in virtual ink so there are no physical marks made on the whiteboard surface. eBeam Projection allows the information to be redisplayed time and time again, without ever leaving a mark on the board through the use of digital ink. The eBeam Interactive Stylus acts as a mouse pointer allowing full control of your computer from the board, aiding in presentation.

With eBeam Whiteboard, once the board area has been filled, the user can seamlessly save or print the information before erasing it, and they never have to leave the board.

The time and effort in creating content is no longer lost as soon as it’s erased from the board. Using the sharing and saving functions, effort can be focussed on teaching, learning and collaborating. Content can be shared in real-time with many remote users by Board-casting the data over a network using the free bundled eBeam Meeting Server. Content can be saved by the host of the meeting or any of the participants, in a variety of digital formats.

For students, clients and colleagues, this takes the focus away from tedious and hurried note taking and directs it back towards the content and topic at hand, increasing learning, collaboration and productivity.
